Refund policy

M&R Jewelers provides FREE RETURN SHIPPING (within the continental US only). A pre-paid, pre-addressed return shipping label will be provided with every qualifying order purchased on the website. Any unworn merchandise purchased on mrjewelersonline.com you would like to return for a full refund must be sent back to M&R Jewelers within 10 business days of receipt of the product. Items are eligible for an exchange for up to 30 days after the receipt of the product. Items purchased in-store are eligible for exchange only with original packaging and if unworn.

All sales are final on permanently discounted or marked down merchandise.

Purchases made using PayPal as a payment method are not eligible for exchange and can only be processed as a return.

Please allow up to 15 business days for your exchange or return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us.
